Loops deemed "shareware" are available for free if the user follows the following conditions:

Content deemed "shareware" is royalty-free. However, the composer of the loop retains all rights, which means that the clip can not be resold.

When used within a presentation, the producer using the loop must give proper credit to the loop's composer (included in the info tag of each loop) and "MusicFox Audio Works (www.musicfoxaudio.com)"

Producers using the audio loop in their project can splice and edit the clip for length or tempo to fit their presentation.

Using any "MusicFox Audio Works" media other than the loops deemed "shareware" in a presentation without written permission is strictly prohibited.
